                        Some terrorist prisoners might never be rehabilitated, the prime minister said today as another former inmate was sent back to jail in the aftermath of the London Bridge murders. Yahya Rashid, 23, who served a jail term for travelling to Syria, was arrested on Sunday for breaching his terrorism notification requirements by failing to inform police he had obtained a mobile phone and email address.
